Bushmills – 10 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey

Bushmills 10 Year Old is an Irish single malt, triple distilled and aged mainly in bourbon casks with a little sherry wood. The malt is dried in a closed kiln, so the whiskey carries no peat or smoke. The distillery describes it as the best example of the rich, smooth maltiness at the core of its whiskeys. The nose is sweet and spicy, with a hint of vanilla and toffee. The palate is malty, with spices and pepper, and the finish is honeyed.
