This is a 12 year old Bushmills Irish whiskey finished in tequila casks. It first matured in bourbon and sherry casks, then spent a second period in tequila casks, which adds an agave character.
The whiskey was distilled in 2010 and is triple distilled. It is unfiltered, and was released in limited numbers as part of the Private Reserve range.
