Bushmills 16 Year Old is an Irish single malt aged for 16 years in a combination of Oloroso sherry casks and bourbon-seasoned casks. It then spends several months in port wine barrels, which give the whiskey a hint of ruby colour.
It is described as having juicy fruit, nuts and spice. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle and can be taken neat or over ice.
