This is a 21 year old single malt Irish whiskey from Bushmills, in a 750ml bottle.
It spends a minimum of 19 years in former Oloroso sherry casks and bourbon-seasoned casks. The whiskey is then married and moved into Madeira casks for a further two years of maturation.
It is described as having great depth, with dried fruit woven through a spicy, aromatic maltiness and subtle nutty raisin notes. The finish is rich and very long.
