Bushmills 21 Year Old is an Irish single malt and the oldest whiskey in the standard Bushmills range. It is first aged in bourbon and sherry casks, which are then vatted together and married in Madeira wine casks for two years.
The wood finish is a subtle one. The malt stays delicate and elegant, with a fresh, lively character, and fruit, spice and sweetness sit in balance.
