Bushmills 21 Year Old is an Irish single malt in a 70cl bottle, at 40% abv. It spends at least 19 years in former Oloroso sherry casks and bourbon-seasoned casks, then moves into Madeira casks for a further two years.
The flavour is deep, with dried fruit woven through a spicy, aromatic maltiness and subtle notes of nutty raisins.
