Bushmills 21 Year Old is an Irish single malt that spends at least 19 years in former Oloroso sherry casks and bourbon-seasoned casks. It is then moved into Madeira casks for a further two years.
It was named Best Irish Single Malt in 2013. The whisky is described as having great depth, with dried fruit woven through a spicy, aromatic maltiness and subtle nutty, raisin notes.
