Bushmills – Black Bush Irish Whiskey (75cl, 40%)

Bushmills Black Bush is an Irish blended whiskey, bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It combines a high proportion of malt whiskey matured in former Oloroso sherry casks with a sweet, batch-distilled grain whiskey. The sherried malt gives rich, fruity notes and a deep character, balanced by the caramel sweetness of the grain whiskey. The nose has over-ripe grape and light citrus, with a touch of toffee and peanut. On the palate come vanilla and milk bottle sweets, dried peel, chamomile tea and cinnamon sticks. The finish brings digestive biscuit, cooked plum and orange oil.
