This is a triple-distilled Irish blend from Bushmills, bottled at 40% ABV in a 375ml bottle. Grain whiskey is matured for at least five years in American oak casks, then blended with Irish single malt.
It is described as easy drinking and can be taken neat, over ice or with a mixer.
The nose is sweet and aromatic, with a Riesling-like quality, cut herbs and blossom. The palate is fruity, with salty butter, blossom, sweet vanilla cream and citrus. The finish is malty, with cardamom and ginger at the end.
