A calvados from Normandy, distilled twice from apple cider. It is aged in French oak barrels and shows a light amber colour. The nose offers cooked apple, vanilla and light spicy notes. On the palate it is elegant and well balanced, with a soft entry, lively fruity freshness recalling green apple and caramel, and a slightly spicy finish. It can be enjoyed neat as a digestif, in cocktails, or with fruit desserts and aged cheeses.
