Buzzinelli Silente Pinot Grigio Collio DOC

A white wine from Buzzinelli, made from Pinot Grigio grown on the sunny slopes of Collio. Traditional vinification with temperature-controlled fermentation preserves the delicate varietal aromas. It shows a straw-yellow colour with golden reflections. The nose offers ripe pear and apple, white flowers, a light herbal note and a gentle minerality. On the palate it is soft and balanced, with pleasant acidity, good persistence and a clean, refreshing finish. It suits light starters, fish dishes, as an aperitif or with Asian cuisine.
