Ribolla Gialla Collio DOC - Buzzinelli

A white wine from Buzzinelli, made from Ribolla Gialla in the Collio area of Friuli Venezia Giulia. It is bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose is intensely fruity and floral, with green apple, pear, citrus and white flowers. On the palate it is lively and well balanced, with vibrant acidity and pleasant minerality, leaving a refreshing, clean finish with crisp fruit and a light herbaceous note. It suits an aperitif, fish, seafood, light vegetable dishes, sushi and sashimi.
