Cabernet Sauvignon IGT - Poderi delle Rose

An organic, vegan-certified Cabernet Sauvignon IGT from Poderi delle Rose. It is ruby red with slight violet reflections. The nose opens on red and black fruit, the variety's typical herbaceous character and subtle spicy notes. The profile stays balanced and unforced. On the palate it offers concentrated but measured structure, present tannins and good acidity, with a savoury, medium-length finish. It pairs easily with grilled meats, light stews, semi-hard cheeses, mushroom dishes and flavourful pasta. Serve around 16-18 °C, opening the bottle half an hour beforehand if preferred.
