Poderi delle Rose Albana Dolce di Romagna DOCG

A sweet white wine from Poderi delle Rose, made in the Romagna tradition. It has a pale golden colour and an aromatic profile tending towards honey and ripe fruit, especially apricot, with acacia flower and almond notes. On the palate the sweetness is balanced by a fresh citrus note, giving an enveloping but not heavy sensation, with a soft texture and a persistent finish recalling the primary aromas. It pairs well with desserts based on dried fruit or cream, tea pastries and medium-aged or blue cheeses in moderation, and is also pleasant as a meditation wine after a meal. Serve fresh, around 8-10 C.
