Cachaça Pitú is a Brazilian spirit from Pernambuco, made by fermenting fresh sugar cane juice followed by distillation. It is clear in colour and is used in cocktails such as the Caipirinha.
On the nose it shows fresh sugar cane with a light citrus note. The palate has a sweet entry with a marked but balanced alcohol presence, leading to a pleasantly long, slightly spicy finish.
