Cadenhead's 7 Stars Blended Scotch (46%)

Cadenhead's 7 Stars is a historic blended Scotch whisky revived by William Cadenhead. It combines selected malt and grain whiskies from distilleries across Scotland, with a high proportion of malt. The blend is given a generous finish in Oloroso sherry casks, which adds richness and dried-fruit character. It is bottled at 46% ABV, without artificial colouring or chill filtration. The nose brings strawberries and cream, apple crumble and butter biscuits. On the palate are tangerine peel, muscovado sugar and ginger snap biscuits. The finish has raisins and cocoa, with a slightly hoppy, zesty character.
