Cadenhead's Enigma 25 Year Old is a blended Scotch whisky, matured throughout in refill sherry butts.
The nose offers walnuts and caramel. The palate is sweet, with toffee, fudge, chocolate-covered raisins and Madeira cake. That sweetness carries into the finish, where strawberry sauce and prunes are joined by a hint of tart sherbet.
