Cadenhead's Seven Stars (70cl, 46%)

Seven Stars is a blended Scotch whisky from Wm Cadenhead. It was first bottled many decades ago to show that carefully chosen casks could be blended into a fine whisky. This version, bottled in 2023, uses whisky from distilleries across Scotland. The blend is finished in Oloroso sherry casks, which give it a bolder but still balanced flavour. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and with no added colouring.
