A 25 year old blended malt Scotch whisky from Cairn, released in 2025 in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV. It is made from a selection of Speyside whiskies and belongs to the CRN 57° range, a preview of the Cairn 25 Year Old to come.
Cairn is a distillery in the Cairngorms National Park, founded in 2022 and owned by Gordon & MacPhail. Its own single malts are still some years from release, so Stuart Urquhart and his teams created this range to show where the distillery is heading.
It is described as gourmet and pastry-like, with aromas of grapes, liquorice and orange.
