Calumet Farm Bottled in Bond is an American bourbon in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 50% ABV. It takes its name from Calumet Farm, known for thoroughbred horse racing, and is made to meet the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897, with a minimum of four years in a federally bonded warehouse.
The nose is sweet vanilla with rich caramel. The palate brings oak, roasted nuts and a hint of spice, which lingers gently on the finish.
