Camarà Chardonnay Pavia IGT

A white wine from Mazzolino, made from Chardonnay. After manual harvest, fermentation takes place traditionally in tank, following the classic process with some skin maceration. It is straw yellow with grey-green reflections. The nose is bright and fragrant, with fruity and fermentative notes, hints of sage, lemon balm, grapefruit and golden apple. The palate shows citrus fruit flavours balanced by lively acidity and sapidity, with a clean, persistent finish. It suits light summer dishes, starters, fish, risottos, vegetable first courses and soft or medium-aged cheeses.
