Cambridge Circus 32 Year Old Single & Single (47.3%)

A 32 year old blended malt from the South African independent bottler Single & Single, made from six single malts: Macallan, Highland Park, Dalmore, Glenfarclas, Glen Elgin and Tormore. The malts were blended at birth, matured for 30 years and then finished for a final two years in Oloroso sherry casks. The outturn was 310 bottles, non-chill-filtered, naturally coloured and at a cask strength of 47.3%. The nose is sweet and perfumed, with fragrant spices and citrus. On the palate come Jaffa orange marmalade, honeyed and velvety, with hints of vanilla, cinnamon and dark chocolate. The finish carries subtle smoky spices.
