A 1990 Cambus single grain whisky from Elixir Distillers, released as The Whisky Trail at 52% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Cambus was a grain distillery at Tullibody in Clackmannanshire, in the Lowlands, and belonged to Diageo. It had two Coffey stills, and its water came from the Lossburn Reservoir. The distillery closed in 1993, and Diageo now uses the old buildings for filling casks and as a warehouse.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
