This is a 31 year old single grain Scotch whisky from the Cambus distillery, distilled in 1993 and bottled in 2025 by James Eadie. It is bottled at 50.9% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky matured for its whole life in a single sherry butt.
The nose is soft and mellow, with butterscotch, walnut whip and red apple, and with water it gains spearmint, red roses and dark chocolate. On the palate come maple syrup, vanilla pod and very ripe nectarine, sweet and estery. The finish is long and sweet, with plums, butterscotch and crème brûlée.
