Cambus 31 Year Old 1992/2023 - Macbeth Series Act One - First Ghost

This is a 31 year old single grain whisky from the Cambus distillery, distilled in 1992 and bottled in 2023. Livingstone and Elixir Distillers selected it for the Ghosts series of the Macbeth Collection, and 185 bottles were filled. Each bottle carries an illustration by Quentin Blake. The nose brings maple syrup and fine pudding, with a touch of gooseberry and fruity wine gums. The palate is silky, with creamy cream, cardamom spice, mild cashews and a hint of pine. The finish is long, leaving a creamy sweetness.
