A reposado tequila from Jalisco, Mexico, made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the highlands. The agave hearts are slow-roasted, fermented with natural yeasts and double-distilled in copper stills. The spirit rests in oak barrels, typically between 2 and 12 months, adding gentle spice, vanilla and subtle caramel complexity.
Nose: warm and inviting, with baked agave, vanilla bean and toasted oak, plus light honey, baking spice and citrus zest. Palate: medium-bodied and smooth, with caramelised agave, oak spice, soft vanilla, butterscotch, dried apricot and gentle cinnamon. Finish: clean to moderately long, with lingering oak warmth, citrus brightness and soft spice.
