Cantera Negra Silver Tequila (75cl, 40%)

Cantera Negra Silver Tequila is an unaged tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave. It is distilled in Jalisco, Mexico from hand-harvested agave grown in highland soils, with the piñas slowly roasted, fermented with natural yeast and double-distilled in copper pot stills. Bottled shortly after distillation, it preserves agave's vibrant fruit, herbal freshness and minerality. The nose has fresh citrus zest, green agave, subtle herbs, white flowers, lime peel and faint minerality. The palate is light-to-medium in body with crisp agave sweetness, lemon, grapefruit and gentle herbal notes, finishing clean and brisk with citrus, tender agave and white pepper.
