The nose begins with smoked ham, fresh lemon and a hint of rubber, then mellows to cigar box, curing salts and green apple peel.
The palate is tarry with an oily mouthfeel, balancing woodsmoke, lemon, brine and sweetness with gentle spice. The finish is lasting woodsmoke.
