Caperdonich 21 Year Old is a peated single malt bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle. It matured in barrels for 21 years and forms part of the Secret Speyside Collection.
The distillery was dismantled in 2011, so this is whisky from a closed site.
The nose combines soft peat, bonfire ash and juicy oranges. The palate adds herbal tea leaves, cool mint and wisps of peat smoke.
