A Spanish brandy from Sanchez Romate, aged in oak casks that previously held Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez. The nose shows dried fruit such as raisins and dates, with vanilla, dark chocolate, cinnamon and nutmeg. On the palate it is velvety and full-bodied, with a long, warm finish carrying sweet and spicy notes, caramel and a light toast. It can be enjoyed neat after dinner or used in sophisticated cocktails.
