A Speyside single malt from Mannochmore, released in the Strictly Limited range from Càrn Mòr. It was distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2022 at 11 years old, after maturing in bourbon hogsheads. The outturn was 1,215 bottles at 47.5%, with natural colour and no chill filtration.
The nose is fresh and fruity, with green apple, pear, vanilla cream, honeyed malt and soft floral notes. On the palate there are orchard fruits, caramel and sweet vanilla, with creamy malt, light toasted oak and a little white pepper. The finish is medium, clean and warming, with vanilla sweetness, soft spice and malted biscuit.
