This is a Glentauchers single malt from the 2011 vintage, bottled by Càrn Mòr as a strictly limited release at 47.5% ABV.

The nose brings sticky toffee pudding with caramelised figs and dates. On the palate there are cherries in jelly with thick cream, liquid oak and a trace of mint that keeps everything light.
