Casa 1921 Añejo Tequila (75cl)

Casa 1921 Añejo is a tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the estate's own fields in the red volcanic soil of the Jalisco Highlands. The piñas are slow-cooked for 72 hours, then fermented and distilled twice in stainless steel pot stills with copper coils before gravitational filtration. The spirit rests for 12 months in new American oak barrels. The brand takes its name from 1921, the year the Mexican Revolution ended, and each bottle carries a hand-painted clay medallion and a hand-waxed seal.
