Casa Azul Añejo Tequila Orgánico (40%)

Casa Azul Orgánico Añejo is an organic Añejo tequila made from single-estate blue Weber agave. It is distilled at Tequila Las Américas in Amatitán, Jalisco, and aged 12–13 months, sometimes 15+ months, in American oak bourbon barrels. No additives are used. The tequila is rich but balanced, with oak-derived depth and sweetness alongside the agave character. It can be sipped neat, with a single large ice cube, or used in cocktails. The nose brings baked agave, warm vanilla, caramel, dark chocolate, toasted oak and a hint of cracked pepper. The palate is full-bodied and lush, with sweet oak, caramel, vanilla, dark chocolate and an agave backbone, balanced by pepper and toasted oak. The finish is long, smooth and lingering, with agave, oak warmth and spice.
