An organic blanco tequila made from single estate Blue Weber agave. It is rested for two to three months before bottling and is additive-free, with natural open-top fermentation using wild yeast.
The nose has fresh baked agave, citrus blossoms, herbaceous hints and a touch of mineral or soil character. The palate is clean, with an agave core, citrus brightness, mild herbal and vegetal notes, light orchard fruit undertones and subtle minerality. The finish is soft and smooth, with lingering agave, citrus and mineral echoes and a gentle herbal note.
