Casa Noble Añejo Tequila (75cl, 40%)

Casa Noble Añejo is a tequila from Jalisco, Mexico, made by a family with seven generations of experience. It is produced from certified organic Blue Weber agave and triple distilled. The tequila is aged for over two years in lightly toasted French white oak barrels, well beyond the minimum for an Añejo. The nose offers cooked agave with vanilla, dried fruit and toasted oak, plus a hint of dark chocolate and cinnamon. On the palate come caramel, roasted nuts and sweet spice over silky oak, with agave at the centre and a velvety texture. The finish is long and warming, with spice, cocoa and smoky wood.
