Casa Roma Raboso Passito Callarghe

An intense and rare expression of the Raboso grape, born in the heart of Venetian tradition and coming from the Piave DOC. The wine ages gently to bring out ripe fruit notes and the typical tannic freshness of the territory. On the nose it shows dried plum, cherry in spirit and a refined spicy bouquet. On the palate its full, enveloping structure, together with a pleasant sapidity, gives balance and persistence. It is suited to meditation or to aged cheeses and dry Venetian desserts.
