Nesio Spumante Rosé Brut Metodo Classico 36 Mesi

This is a rosé sparkling wine made by Casa Roma under the Nesio name. It is produced by the traditional method, with at least thirty-six months on the lees, giving a pale pink colour and fine, persistent bubbles. The nose shows delicate red berry notes, brioche hints and a mineral note. The palate is fresh and balanced, with vibrant acidity. It is suggested as an aperitif or with seafood and delicate fish dishes.
