Cascade Moon 13 Year Old is a rye whisky selected by Nicole Austin as an addition to the Cascade Moon series. It is bottled at 50% ABV, or 100 proof, in a 750ml bottle.
The barrels of ageing rye came from Indiana to Cascade Hollow in 2012. There they spent a further nine years in single-storey rickhouses, where the temperature conditions led to a slow maturation.
The result is described as a mellow, balanced rye.
