Cascade Moon 13 Year Old is a rye whisky selected by Nicole Austin for the Cascade Moon series. The barrels of maturing rye came from Indiana to Cascade Hollow in 2012, then spent a further nine years in Cascade Hollow's single-storey rickhouses.
The temperature conditions there brought a slow maturation. The result is a mellow, balanced rye bottled at 100 proof (50% abv).
