A Freisa from Langhe with a sincere, direct character. Medium ruby with violet reflections, it opens with small red berries such as raspberry and cherry, alongside herbaceous notes and black pepper. The palate is slender, with lively acidity and present but soft tannins.
Suited to everyday meals, it pairs with cured meats, pasta with savoury sauces, fresh cheeses and light meat dishes. Serve cool, around 14-16 °C, to appreciate its balance and aromatic vivacity.
