Dogliani Classico DOCG - Cascina Corte (13.5%)

A Dogliani Classico DOCG from Cascina Corte, made from Dolcetto. It shows a clear ruby colour, with aromas of ripe red fruit, light floral notes and delicate spice. On the palate it is balanced, with present but not aggressive tannins, lively acidity and a medium body, leading to a pleasant, fruity finish. It suits everyday dishes, white meat, cured meats and soft cheeses, and can be served slightly chilled after a short decanting.
