An Italian sparkling wine made by the Charmat method from selected white grapes grown around the castle. It has fine, persistent bubbles and an extra dry character. Serve well chilled at about 6-8°C. It suits an aperitif and light starters, fish or seafood dishes.
Tasting Notes
Mature white fruit such as apple and pear, light floral notes and fresh citrus.
A creamy, velvety mouthfeel with balanced acidity and sweetness, plus a refreshing finish with persistent, aromatic flavours.
