Rosato Rubicone IGT - Castello dei Lucci

Castello dei Lucci Rosato Rubicone IGT is a rosé wine from Emilia-Romagna. The grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation. It has a delicate coral pink colour. On the nose there are vibrant notes of red fruits such as strawberries, raspberry and a light touch of pomegranate, with floral nuances. On the palate it is fresh, with good acidity, a light structure and subtle minerality. It suits an aperitif, light starters, fish dishes or vegetarian cooking.
