Castello Monaci Acante Fiano Salento IGT

Acante is a white wine from Castello Monaci, made from Fiano in Salento, Puglia. It shows a bright straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose brings white peach, green apple, white flowers and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is balanced and fresh, with fruity and floral flavours, a light minerality and a soft, enveloping texture, leading to a long, persistent finish. It suits light starters, fish and seafood, fresh cheeses and Mediterranean dishes, and can be enjoyed on its own.
