Cataratto Pinot Grigio IGT from Archina 'By Fatascia' is a white wine combining the Mediterranean character of Cataratto with the freshness of Pinot Grigio. It has a straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose shows delicate aromas of white flowers, green apple and citron, with light hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate it has good acidity, a savoury texture and medium body, with no tannins and a balanced, pleasant finish. It suits seafood starters, summer salads, baked fish and fresh cheeses, and is best served cool and drunk young.
