A single cask Highland malt distilled in 1975 and bottled at 18 years old. Cawdordew was the name The Whisky Connoisseur used for Royal Brackla, and this bottle was released by them in the early 1990s, in a 70cl bottle. It comes from cask 5414, bottled in 1993 or 1994 at its natural cask strength of 55%, which the label also gives as 96.2 UK proof. There is no colouring or chill filtration, and the whisky has a dark gold colour.
