A Trento DOC sparkling wine made by Cembra Cantina di Montagna using the classic method, with second fermentation in bottle. It is made mainly from Chardonnay with a small addition of Pinot Nero, harvested by hand. Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections, it shows green apple and white peach with yeast and toasted bread notes. The palate is lively, with persistent bubbles, citrus freshness and light mineral salinity, ending clean.
