A white wine from Cembra Cantina di Montagna, made from Müller Thurgau grapes grown at high altitude in Trentino. The vineyards are on steep slopes with sun exposure and natural ventilation. It shows a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, floral notes of elderflower and white flowers, peach and sweet spices such as nutmeg. On the palate it is balanced, with pleasant acidity and minerality reflecting the high-mountain terroir. Serve chilled at about 10-12°C.
