A Chardonnay from the Colli di Romagna Centrale DOC, produced by SaDiVino. It shows a bright straw-yellow colour, with reflections that can vary by vintage. The nose offers green apple, ripe pear, citrus hints, delicate floral notes and light minerality. On the palate it is soft and pleasant, with fresh acidity supporting the fruit and a clean, savoury finish; the body is medium-full. It works as an aperitif wine and pairs with delicate fish dishes, shellfish, composed salads, vegetable preparations, starters and fresh cheeses.
